LabSoft Announces Partnership Agreement With GlobalMed’s

Wyndgate Technologies Division

 Tampa, FL (January 15, 2002) – LabSoft, Inc. announced today that the company has entered into a partnership agreement with Wyndgate Technologies^® – a division of Denver, Colorado based Global Med Technologies^™, Inc. (OTCBB:GLOB).  Together, the two companies will offer customers a seamless interface for incorporating Wyndgate’s specialized blood bank module into LabSoft’s suite of comprehensive laboratory information systems (LIS).

SafeTrace is a comprehensive, integrated blood center management information system built on an Oracle relational database management system (RDBMS). Current clients of Wyndgate’s products and services manage more than 3.3 million units of blood or over 22% of the U.S. blood supply each year.
