LabSoft Announces Partnership Agreement With GlobalMed’s

Wyndgate Technologies Division

 

 Tampa, FL (January 15, 2002) – LabSoft, Inc. announced today that the company has entered into a partnership agreement with Wyndgate Technologies® – a division of Denver, Colorado based Global Med Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:GLOB).  Together, the two companies will offer customers a seamless interface for incorporating Wyndgate’s specialized blood bank module into LabSoft’s suite of comprehensive laboratory information systems (LIS).

management, including advanced functionality such as electronic and remote

crossmatch, automated patient special needs and antigen/antibody screens. SafeTrace is a comprehensive, integrated blood center management information system built on an Oracle relational database management system (RDBMS). Current clients of Wyndgate’s products and services manage more than 3.3 million units of blood or over 22% of the U.S. blood supply each year. 

 

Global Med's subsidiary, PeopleMed.com,™ Inc., is an ASP clinical information system for early intervention in chronic disease management that is designed to give healthcare providers and other third party payors easy and immediate access to comprehensive clinical information.  PeopleMed.com has recently signed contracts with PacifiCare, National Jewish Medical and Research Center, and Cardiovascular Disease Management, LLC.
