LabSoft’s LIS Administrator Module is Featured
in
CLMA
First to Market Program
New
Orleans, LA (June 27, 2002) – LabSoft, Inc. introduced today its LIS
Administrator feature as part of the CLMA First to Market program during the
CLMA/ASCP 2002 Conference & Exhibition. LIS Administrator is a scalable automated features module designed to streamline labs of every size. Traditionally offered only in larger systems, LabSoft’s LIS Administrator allows even a single workstation lab to automate specific functions such as quality control, results transmission and daily backups. Labs can set parameters to automatically accept results that meet certain criteria. Those same results can be automatically transmitted via email, network printer or fax - and then auto-archived within a given time frame.
“The
scalability and flexibility of LIS Administrator allows small, mid-size and
larger laboratories to significantly improve turn-around time,“ stated LabSoft
President Gary Yancich. “We are pleased to bring yet another tool to our
customers that can help them set and achieve efficiency goals while improving
accuracy.”
LabSoft,
Inc. provides advanced laboratory information systems to hospitals, reference
labs and physician offices located throughout the United States. The company’s
three primary product lines – LabNet LIS, EZLink LIS and Beethoven II – are
Windows-based applications designed to automate and manage laboratory
information. Headquartered in
Tampa, Florida, LabSoft also operates an office in the Denver, Colorado region.
